Warranties

Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act.

Our warranties are provided to the original end-user and cover manufacturing defects.

 

Exclusions

Please note that this guarantee does not cover faults arising from:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Accidental damage, improper use, or mistreatment.

• Commercial hire use (This warranty is strictly for the end-user and does not apply to products used for hire or rental purposes).

 

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Submit the Form: First, please fill out our Warranty Claims Form.

2. Contact Us: Once the form is submitted, contact us at WARRANTY@SIGTOOLS.CO.NZ.

Please note: This warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damage.
