RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
Any exchanges and refunds (if applicable and/or unless you receive a faulty item) incur a 10% restocking fee.
In the case of sizing issue, Signature Tools may consider an exchange provided that the product is still in ‘Off-The-Shelf’ condition which means DUST-FREE AND UNUSED condition. The product is to be sent to Signature Tools and is subject to ‘Quality Assurance Inspection’.
Any returned products will also undergo our 'Quality Assurance Inspection' and a refund will be arranged provided that it is still in 'Off-the-shelf/unused' condition.
If, after the inspection, the product requires any additional work before going back to the stock, extra charges will incur for the exchange and the you will be notified of such information.
If your returned item(s) shows any signs of usage at all, a fee of $25 or 20% of the purchased amount incurs (whichever is greater).
Signature Tools may reject your return if the returned product is unrepairable, or holds no value as a stock item.
If you discover any defect with your product, you may return the item you purchased in new condition for repair or replacement within 14 days of delivery. For faulty products we may, at our discretion, and/or if the supplier has a policy, for repair the product or provide a complete refund. We will notify you via e-mail of the status of the replacement, repair or refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. Different manufacturer / supplier may offer different options / procedures for repair, details can be found along with the description of the goods.
Freight will be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.
