Before choosing belt size PLEASE read the belt sizing guide below. Do NOT just go by your pants size as it can lead to an incorrectly fitted belt. 

For the best fit, ensure there is a gap of 2" to a maximum of 6" between your belt ends. For instance, if your measurement is 36", choosing a MD belt will leave approximately 3" of space. Remember, if you prefer your bags to rest further back, consider selecting a smaller size.
